1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on the MyStoria online store, operated by M.W.A Corporation LTD (“we”, “us”). They apply to consumers ordering for private purposes. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products

We sell message and name bracelets: a stainless steel plate on an adjustable braided cord or on stainless steel beads, and name bracelets. Photos are as faithful as possible; small variations in colour or finish may occur. Each bracelet is available with one of our messages or with a personalised message.

3. Personalised engraving

For a personalised bracelet, you type the text yourself (maximum 30 characters). We engrave it exactly as typed, in capital letters, without correcting spelling: please check it carefully before ordering. We may refuse an order whose text is offensive, unlawful or infringes the rights of others; in that case you will be fully refunded. A personalised bracelet is made to order and ships within 24 to 72 hours.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT and any import taxes where applicable. Standard tracked shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order.

5. Order and contract

You place an order by completing checkout and clicking the payment button. You then receive an order confirmation by email, which concludes the contract. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability of the product; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is made at checkout using the methods offered (for example credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna, depending on your country). Payments are processed by secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you have designated.

8. Right of withdrawal and 30-day money-back guarantee

You have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery. Both are described in our Returns & refunds policy. Bracelets with a personalised message are made to your specifications and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal and from the money-back guarantee, except in case of defect.

9. Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country, for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom, for at least two years in the European Union, and two years (five years for goods intended to last considerably longer) under Norwegian consumer law. If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us: we will repair, replace or refund it as provided by law. We do not offer any lifetime guarantee.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. For any question or complaint, contact us at jewerlyhistoria@gmail.com.
