30-day money-back guarantee

If the bracelet doesn’t please you or the person you gave it to, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and get a full refund. The bracelet must be returned unworn, in its original condition.

Your legal right of withdrawal

Independently of this guarantee, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you designated, received the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email to jewerlyhistoria@gmail.com). You can use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

How to return an item

1. Email us at jewerlyhistoria@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Returns are free: we either send you a prepaid label or reimburse the standard tracked postage cost.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier), using the same payment method you used for the order. Original free shipping costs nothing; if you paid for shipping, it is refunded too. The gift box and card ordered with a returned bracelet are refunded with it.

Personalised bracelets

Bracelets engraved with a personalised message are made to your specifications. They cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or the engraving does not match the text you entered. In that case we remake them free of charge or refund you.

Damaged or defective item

If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo at jewerlyhistoria@gmail.com. We replace it free of charge or refund you, at your choice. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.
