Free tracked shipping

Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Processing time

Bracelets with one of our messages ship within 24 to 48 hours (working days). Personalised bracelets are engraved to order and ship within 24 to 72 hours (working days).

Delivery times

All destinations: 5 to 11 working days.
These times are estimates from dispatch; they may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas.

Customs and taxes

Prices include VAT and import taxes where applicable. They are collected at checkout, so you have nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Shipping to another address

You can send the bracelet directly to the person you are gifting it to: enter their address at checkout. No prices are included in the parcel.

Lost or damaged parcels

A parcel lost or damaged before it reaches you is always our responsibility: contact us and we will resend it or refund you.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is an optional add-on offered in the cart. It additionally covers parcels stolen after being marked as delivered, and gives you priority handling: we resend your order immediately, without waiting for the carrier’s investigation. To make a claim, email jewerlyhistoria@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you have confirmed the right address; the new shipping cost may be charged.
